At the Austell Business Association (ABA), we believe that the physical appearance of our city is a direct reflection of the pride we take in our community—and a vital component of economic development and civic engagement. Our Citywide Cleanup, Beautification & Modernization Initiatives are grassroots-driven efforts designed to uplift Austell’s visual identity, honor its character, and prepare it for a dynamic, prosperous future.

We are actively cultivating partnerships and organizing efforts that make tangible, lasting impact—one sidewalk, mural, planter box, and park at a time. Projects are often fueled by the passion of local volunteers, donors, businesses, and civic leaders who share a collective vision: a cleaner, greener, more vibrant Austell.

Our mission is centered around three key objectives:

• Restoration & Renewal: Partnering with local organizations to remove litter, maintain public spaces, and restore neglected corridors. Litter and clean-up events are often open to residents, students, business owners, and civic groups—because beautifying our city is a shared responsibility.

  
  

• Public Art & Cultural Pride: Partnering with local artists, schools, and organizations to bring public art installations—murals, sculptures, interactive spaces—to life. These projects not only beautify but also reflect the rich culture and creativity of Austell.

  
  

• Progressive Urban Aesthetics: Supporting city-led and business-led projects that invest in modern infrastructure—updated facades, green spaces, improved lighting, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and thoughtful placemaking—that align with a more connected, forward-moving Austell.

  
  

This work is volunteer- and donor-driven, ensuring that the community has a voice and hand in shaping the city’s image. It is about reclaiming pride in where we live, creating an inviting environment for new businesses and visitors, and building the kind of city that future generations will be proud to inherit.
