At the heart of the Austell Business Association (ABA) is a steadfast belief in nurturing the next generation of business leaders, visionaries, and changemakers. While the ABA is still in its foundational stages, we are deeply committed to laying strong groundwork that will serve not just the businesses of today—but the dreamers and doers of tomorrow right here in Austell.

The Youth & Entrepreneur Development initiatives are designed to inspire, equip, and elevate young individuals who aspire to make a meaningful impact in their communities as an entrepreneur or through learned skills. Through a growing network of local business owners, educators, and community partners, we are building pathways to entrepreneurship and leadership that are inclusive, empowering, and action-driven.

Current and developing offerings include:

• Internship & Apprenticeship Opportunities across a variety of local industries, giving young people hands-on experience and exposure to career pathways.

• Interactive Workshops focused on financial literacy, business planning, branding, and leadership skills tailored to youth and emerging entrepreneurs.

• Mentorship Programs that connect students and young adults with experienced professionals for guidance, encouragement, and real-world insight.

• Youth Panels & Business Showcases that allow young minds to share their ideas, receive feedback, and build confidence in a supportive community environment.
