The Eight Dimensions of Wellness

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) advised that the Eight Dimensions of Wellness can help us - as individuals, families, business owners, and the greater community - feel better and live longer. Although each person is on a different path, we all can strive to LiveWell Austell! The Eight Dimensions of Wellness is our foundational principle, and they include:
